From Frankfurt to Rauischholzhausen

• From the autobahn interchange Frankfurter Kreuz take the autobahn A5 in direction Kassel (But you will NOT go as far as Kassel on the A5!)
• After approximately 50 km you reach the autobahn interchange Gambacher Kreuz. There you leave the A5 and follow the autobahn A45 to Giessen.
• After approximately 9 km you will reach the Giessen area. Please leave the autobahn A45 at the autobahn interchange Giessener Südkreuz and follow the autobahn A485 in direction Marburg. After approximately 15 km the A485 becomes the Bundesstrasse B3a. Parts of this road are quite new and might not be drawn in the map you have with you. Follow the signs to Marburg.
• After approximately 15 km leave the Bundesstrasse B3a at exit Ebsdorfergrund and follow the signs to Ebsdorfergrund.
• After aproximately 15 km you reach Rauischholzhausen.

From Köln or Dortmund to Rauischholzhausen

• a.) If you are coming via Köln, take autobahn A4 in direction Siegen/Giessen. After approximately 70 km you will reach the autobahn interchange Olpe Süd.
  b.) If you are coming via Dortmund, take autobahn A45 in direction Siegen/Giessen. From the autobahn interchange Dortmund Süd you will reach after approximately 70 km the autobahn interchange Olpe Süd.
• From Olpe Süd follow the A45 going south via Siegen until after approximately 110 km you reach the autobahn interchange Giessener Südkreuz.
• From here follow the autobahn A485 in direction Marburg. After approximately 15 km the A485 becomes the Bundesstrasse B3a. Parts of this road are quite new and might not be drawn in the map you have with you. Follow the signs to Marburg.
• After approximately 15 km leave the Bundesstrasse B3a at exit Ebsdorfergrund and follow the signs to Ebsdorfergrund.
• After aproximately 15 km you reach Rauischholzhausen.

From Kassel to Rauischholzhausen

• At the Autobahn interchange Kasseler Kreuz follow the signs to Marburg which lead you to the autobahn A49.
• After only 4 km you will reach the autobahn interchange Kasseler Südkreuz. From there follow the autobahn A49 and the Bundesstrasse B3 to Marburg.
• After approximately 100 km you reach the Marburg area. From here follow the signs to Giessen.
• After approximately 15 km on the Bundesstrasse B3a you reach the exit Ebsdorfergrund. Parts of this road are quite new and might not be drawn in the map you have with you.
• Leave the Bundesstrasse B3a and follow the signs to Ebsdorfergrund.
• After approximately 15 km you reach Rauischholzhausen.

How to find the Schloß in Rauischholzhausen?

• When you arrive at Rauischholzhausen, the street is going downhill. At the bottom the main road turns to the left, but you are following a street branching off to the RIGHT.
• Follow this street which bends several times. After a few hundred meters the street is going uphill again.
• After a narrow bend there is suddenly a little street branching off to the right. There is also a sign to the Schloß.
• Follow this street until you see a park on the right hand side. A few meters further there's the entry to the car park of the Schloß. You can park your car there.
• At the opposite corner of where you entered the car park there is a path leading downhill to the Schloß.
• At the Schloß there is a archway. Please enter through the door leading into the part of the building to the left.
